Turn on the "Mobile hotspot" toggle and configure the settings as desired. On your mobile phone, turn on Wi-Fi and connect to the hotspot you just created.

2. To share your laptop's internet connection with another laptop or desktop, you can use an Ethernet cable to create a wired connection. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your laptop and the other end to the other device. Then, on your laptop, go to "Settings > Network & Internet > Ethernet" and turn on "Internet connection sharing."
